Activities take place at Brook House regularly and tenants at Overbrook are invited to join in. At the time of writing there is a fitness session once a week, film afternoons, Bingo and games afternoons organised by the residents themselves. Nobody is pressured to attend any of the activities and residents tend to ‘dip their toes in the water’ as and when they wish.
